You will even learn the art of dehydrating to give you the skill to make your own stock powder at home free from any artificial additives. This simple idea will help lift your sauces, soups, broths and risotto in the future.
We can also adapt this course to suit vegan customers.
You will enjoy a sit-down lunch with wine featuring some of the dishes you have prepared during the day.
