The best Patisserie and Viennoiserie over one super weekend
This is the dream course for those of you with a sweet tooth. Our Patisserie Plus weekend combines the best Patisserie and Viennoiserie into one super weekend.
The weekend will feature some traditional Viennoiserie such as a quick and easy all butter Croissants and Pain au Chocolat recipe.
You will also learn to master short-crust and sweet-pastry alongside other skills such as jaconde sponge, poaching fruit and a complex mirror glaze.
There will be some wonderful Patisserie for you to take home at the end of the course including the classic Gateaux Opera, Passion Fruit Delice and Bourdaloue Tart.

Saturday: A light buffet lunch with local meats and cheeses is provided.
Sunday: Fennel, onion, mozzarella and tomato Pissaladière with dressed salad leaves.
You will be able to take away the additional items you make in the afternoon to enjoy at home. Recyclable containers are provided.
