Under the guidance of our Chef Tutor, you’ll learn how to prepare a selection of authentic Lebanese dishes from scratch, exploring the techniques, ingredients and flavour combinations that make this cuisine so distinctive.

Manakish - traditional Lebanese flatbread, prepared and baked from scratch.

Mezza Selection - create a range of classic Lebanese appetisers including:

• Baba Ganoush – smoky roasted aubergine dip
• Tabbouleh – a fresh herb and bulgur wheat salad
• Kibbeh – one of Lebanon’s most famous dishes, combining spiced meat and bulgur wheat

Chicken Shawarma - Learn how to prepare tender, spice-marinated chicken shawarma, served with Fattoush salad, Tahini sauce and Harra dressing

Mujadara - a comforting and deeply flavourful combination of lentils, rice and aromatic spices.

Maamoul - Traditional Lebanese shortbread biscuits flavoured with warming spices and filled with sweet surprises.

Throughout the course you’ll gain confidence working with key Middle Eastern ingredients and spices, learning techniques that can easily be recreated at home.
