On our Patisserie course you will learn the art of sweet and choux pastry to make a classic range of patisserie items from the classic Paris Brest with Craquelin top, Glazed Chocolate Delice to delicate Creme Patisserie filled Apricot Tarts.
At the end of the course you will have learned some of the fundamentals of patisserie and will take home lots of delights to enjoy at home.
Lunch will be a delicious, light buffet.
You will be able to take away the additional items you make in the afternoon to enjoy at home. Recyclable containers are provided.
