Traditional Breadmaking
One-day cookery course
The art of traditional breadmaking is one of the most satisfying things you can do and once you have mastered the art of breadmaking you will have found your way to the soul of cookery. Using the simplest of ingredients, you will learn the formentation process, the different methods of breadmaking from ciabatta to french bread and you will be baking at least five different breads including:-
- Roman Spelt
- Plant pot
- Split tin loaf
- The secret of sour-dough
You will have a bag full of your breads to take home. A super lunch is included on the day.
