One-day cookery skills workshop
This one-day fish and seafood cookery course
is the second of our specialist skills workshops. Its
designed for both enthusiastic amateurs and those working
in the catering industry who want to improve their skills
in a specific area.

The one-day fish and seafood skills workshop will show you
the best ways to prepare, cook and serve seafood - scaling,
gutting, skinning and filleting are all covered.

In Devon were lucky enough to have
great fish all year round from Brixham and Plymouth - well
show you what to look for when youre buying fish and
shellfish using the freshest produce available.
We start at 9.30am and after a short health and safety talk,
we begin cooking. This fish cookery course
is almost entirely hands-on well cover a variety
of dishes both classic and contemporary over the course of
the day and sit down to enjoy the food weve cooked at
around 2.30pm.
