Quick effective and entertaining!
Throughout this course we will teach you techniques to deliver a fantastic, three-course dinner party menu quickly and effectively.
Typical Recipes:
• Creamy Mussels with leeks and smoked paprika;
• Lentil and spinach soup;
• Chicken liver pate with red onion marmalade;
• Pan fried duck breasts with cassis;
• Tarte Tatin
• Seasonal fruit sabayon with praline buscuits
The course will also include several ideas for canapés to serve with pre-dinner drinks.
