Cookery courses at the school

At the Cookery School we have a very simple approach to cookery. We use the very best organic, local, seasonal produce and promote food that has been grown in a way that is sustainable, environmentally sensitive and supportive of local businesses. All our courses teach skills which are incorporated in daily recipes which you prepare yourself. The courses begin at 9.30am daily.

General Information

At the start of each course you will be given knife skills training, introduction to the equipment and kitchen tour, as well as food handling and hygiene.

A cookery booklet containing notes and recipes is included in the one and two day courses. Notes theories and recipes are included in the one week and four week courses.
