Looking for a job in the catering industry?

Our recruitment notice board has details of several chef jobs, specialist catering recruitment agencies and employers looking for catering staff. Employers contact us regularly with new vacancies.

We work hard to secure work placements at good quality restaurants or gastro-pubs for students on our Pressure Cooks and Basic Cookery Diploma cookery courses. We can provide detailed references describing the level of your training and help directly with finding catering employment. Our record so far is to have placed one of our Diploma students at the Puffing Billy two and a half hours after he finished the course!

For current or potential catering industry workers, we can also advise you on additional training available with us that can make you more employable. For example in specialist areas such as Vegetarian or Seafood, or, with our Chef Skills and Pressure Cooks courses, general skills directly applicable to working in a kitchen environment.
