One-day cookery course

You won't find a vol-au-vent on any of our seasonal canapes courses - just clever little delights which are great for absolutely any occasion.

On our Canapés course you will be expecting to see around 10 or 12 different types of canapes, both hot and cold. If you host informal drinks parties or corporate gatherings, this course is a must.

Each canape will be sophisticated yet quick and easy to make. All the canapes will be made from scratch and there is also a great opportunity to learn how to make a pre-starter, which could be the highlight of your event.
