Charles Trevor-Roper
Charles Trevor-Roper's fascination
with wine started in the early seventies, when he opened his
first restaurant and his passion is still undimmed. He achieved
many awards for wine lists in his restaurants, and was a member
of the Caterer wine tasting panel in the 1980's. Charles'
weekend wine appreciation courses are eclectic, anecdotal,
informative and most of all, fun. Charles also runs a successful
management school in Devon: Coaching
