ENTRY LEVEL

No knowledge required at all for this 2 day beginners course

LEVEL 1 1

You will have a basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and methods

LEVEL 2 2

Quite competent, able to cook fish, a roast, a stew, an omlette or a stir fry

LEVEL 3 3

You will be confident in a kitchen, with good knife skills and proficient in cooking to the skill level learned on the Intermediate Cookery course - such as basic butchery, simple fish filleting, reduced sauces, pastry and bread.

LEVEL 4 4

You must have completed an Intermediate Cookery or Intermediate Cookery Extra to attend this course.
