One-day cookery course
The finest ingredients, the most exquisite tastes, patisserie is an
indulgence to be enjoyed at any time of day. On our Patisserie
course you will learn the art of short crust, sweet and choux pastry,
working with biscuits, chocolate and homemade custards.
